A Savannah company that specializes in providing companies with efficient benefit solutions is seeking a part time Client Service Specialist to help maximize client and customer experience. This local business first launched in 2003 and strives to change the way other companies approach insurance by providing simple solutions that add value to both employers and employees. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is self-motivated and thrives in a team environment.
In this role, the ideal candidate will service the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned accounts. This role is critical in ensuring clients are receiving the highest level of customer service and meeting agency goals.
Set up new clients in benefits system and provide marketing material.
Run and Distribute Commission Statements
Communicate with Accountant & Brokers regarding Direct Deposit Matters.
Import templates as needed.
Assist in resolving billing issues.
Reach out to customers and clients regarding past due accounts.
Work closely with policy holders to file claims, explain claims process, and check statuses.
Introduce new PAs to carrier portals for self-service billing and claims issues.
Process manual terminations requested by clients directly with carrier.
Key new applications for OE, new hires or off OE changes.
Input initial enrollment data into carrier portal.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with basic office duties and data entry.
Knowledge of Excel and basic computer skills.
Billing experience is a plus.
HS Graduate or GED.
Read, speak and understand clear and precise English.
