Customer Service Associate

Primary Duties

Answer calls in a timely and professional manner

Correspond with clients via e-mail

Maintain healthy sales cycle, keep accurate records, provide phenomenal customer service

Qualifications

A professional phone demeanor

Bachelors degree and/or equivalent previous office experience

Strong written/verbal/computer skills

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Read, speak, and hear clear and precise English
