Customer Service Associate

In this position, you will interact with leaders in the Healthcare Industry assisting with orders and answering questions regarding medical tasks trainers. The key to success in this position is providing world-class customer service, facilitating additional sales opportunities, supporting management, and keeping accurate records.
Primary Duties:
All aspects of excellent internal and external customer service via telephone, written correspondence, email, fax and website activities
Maintenance of Customer account information & records, to include Sales Tax Exemption
Create and provide price quotes and enter Customer orders.
Resolve Customer product issues by entering QC cases to facilitate solutions to the customers satisfaction
Process product returns
Maintain product and company knowledge to provide accurate, consistent, and reliable customer and sales support
Assist with light bookkeeping activities related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
Provide weekly and monthly sales flash reports for management
Answer calls in a timely and professional manner.
Correspond with clients via e-mail.
Maintain healthy sales cycle, keep accurate records, provide phenomenal customer service.
Qualifications:
A professional phone demeanor
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent previous office experience
Strong written/verbal/computer skills
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Read, speak, and hear clear and precise English
