Customer Service Representative

Justice Products is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. This position is to be filled immediately. This is a full-time position located at Justice Products’ corporate office in the heart of historic Savannah. Free parking will be provided. Pay is negotiable and competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Customer account management, including
  • Entering customer orders
  • Scheduling customer shipments
  • Providing customers with order status updates
  • Ordering from vendors
  • Coordinating production at Justice Products’ plants to meet customer deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to Executive team

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
  • Proactively manage tasks with the ability to anticipate and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other staff
  • Strong Communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Experience in logistics and/or operations preferred
