A local Court Reporter Association in the Savannah area is in need of an Executive Assistant who wishes to continue to utilize his/her administrative skills with an opportunity to grow in professional environment.
Handles the daily intake and production of transcripts from court reporting staff.
Presents the finished production to the client base.
Work with the entire staff to insure prompt turnaround and accuracy.
Scheduling of clients and production needs.
Assist customer inquires.
Filing and archiving duties.
Legal experience is a plus.
Above and beyond customer service skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Acrobat Adobe.
Excellent typing and data entry skills.
Ability to complete specialty software training.
