HR Manager

One of the leading providers of foam and aluminum parts for the aerospace industrys leading aircraft manufacturers is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for their rapidly growing business. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

- Provide guidance and support to managers in areas such as performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Manage employee relations programs to promote a positive work environment and employee engagement

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or violations of company policies

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process improvements related to HR systems and practices

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field; masters degree preferred

- 3-5 Progressive leadership HR Manager or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically

- Demonstrated conflict management skills

- Experience in benefits administration, organization design, FMLA, performance management is a plus
