Job Position:  Housekeeping Supervisor

Seeking a vibrant, consistent people person with several years of experience in hospitality industry; in the Housekeeping Department as a Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor.

General Responsibilities

The Housekeeper Supervisor is considered a management position and will check behind all housekeepers to ensure that all rooms are up to the highest standards.  This person will be responsible for making sure the rooms are kept to the highest level of Excellance, making employee schedules and will direct  the Housekeeping / Laundry department. This position will also require that the daily, weekly budget labor guidelines are followed  by everyone in housekeeping , laundry and all commercial areas. Working with others is required, general cleaning and assist with maintenance cleaning projects and ensuring follow thru.    

Job Qualifications Education:  · High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

· 3-4 years as a Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor in the hospitality industry required

. Great customer service skills required, ensuring that all guest requests are addressed.

. Must be a good team leader and trainer with experience in selection / hiring.

· Must be fluent in verbal and written English(Bi-Lingual a Plus*)

· Must have attention to detail, must be a leader and set an example for others to follow .

· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

· Computer knowledge skills required.

· Must have experience in completing computer reports, budgeting, record keeping, scheduling,

. Weekly / Monthly supplies & linen inventories required.

· Strong work ethic / organizational skills required on operating computers.
