A Savannah apartment community is searching a reliable Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day running of their apartment buildings.  The ideal candidate would demonstrate an organized, thorough approach to their duties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

·         Turning Apartments

·         Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and drains

·         Carpet and Flooring maintenance

·         Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

·         Tracking inventory to ensure adequate maintenance supplies

·         Maintaining A/C and Hot Water Heater units

·         Painting

Requirements:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a similar role

·         Ability to stand for extended periods

·         HVAC experience

·         Attention to detail

·         Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
