Medical Full Charge Bookkeeper
Are you a Full Charge Bookkeeper with the confidence to work with a busy medical practice? If so, we have an opportunity for you. If you are a qualified committed professional and ready to work, our client is the place for you. This position would involve working closely with the billing staff and be a liaison between the bank and billing company. Salary is $45k-$50k based on experience.
Qualifications
•3 – 5 years Full Charge Bookkeeper experience within a medical facility
•Degree in Accounting from an accredited college
•Strong organizational skills
•Ability to communicate professionally
•Confidence and ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
•Bank reconciliation for 9 bank accounts across 3 separate banks
•Close monthly financial records
•General ledger, report and financial statement preparation
•Fixed asset management for depreciation schedules
•Monthly A/R cash reconciliation
•Oversee the billing database
•Managing patient statements and collections
