We are seeking a self motivated and highly reliable individual with strong organizational skills to assist in the day to day operations of a local, small medical clinic. The ideal candidate must be patient focused with above average computer skills and the ability to multi task. The primary duties are maintaining and updating the Doctors schedule, maintaining the front desk and handle any necessary clerical duties.
Greet patients visiting the office and helping them fill out necessary paperwork.
Answering phone calls, directing phone calls as needed, and handling queries.
Verify insurance and enter demographic and insurance information.
Maintain daily office schedule and doctors schedule.
Maintain a filing system for all patient documents and reports submitted.
Answer emails and other electronic messages as required.
Create invoices and bills, processing insurance forms and managing vendors.
Managing inventory and placing orders as required.
Maintain a professional and poised presentation while demonstrating empathy for the infirmed.
Strong computer, data entry and office management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Empathy and compassion to give support to patients.
Ability to learn and innovate.
Front office and administrative assistant experience.
Ability to stay organized in a business setting.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
