Office Coordinator
A local privately owned Savannah company is seeking an Office Coordinator to provide exceptional service, light bookkeeping, and being the right hand of the owners. This is an EXCELLENT opportunity for an individual who has self-discipline to work independently, an empathetic mindset, and the desire to provide exceptional service to clients and all visitors.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors and clients via phone and face to face
Enter receipts and process invoices via QuickBooks
Process customer billing
Enter and process payroll
Assist the owners with various clerical and administrative needs
Qualifications & Requirements:
QuickBooks experience is necessary
Professional communication and demeanor
Strong initiative, follow thru and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Desire for a positive customer service experience
Strong people skills
Computer savvy
