Social Media Manager

A local Marketing Agency is looking for a Social Media Manager to be responsible for overseeing the companys and clients interactions with the public by implementing social media content strategies. The selected candidate would be given the opportunity to create new marketing tools for the company while sharpening overall marketing skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage social media content across multiple platforms daily

Develop social media campaigns

Coordinate content gathering, post creation, approval, and implementation

Engage with customers and followers

Provide comprehensive reports and analyze data obtained

Keep an eye on social media trends

Maintain organized hard copy files

Create and carry out contest over social media outlets

Work with media planner to assist in overall marketing strategies

Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, clients, and managers

Assist with accounts when needed

Requirements:

Degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field

Experience in creating social media strategies

Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized and able to multitask

Experience as a social media manager or a similar role
